All services are delivered according to individual project agreements, proposals, or service contracts issued prior to commencement. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in the relevant project proposal or service agreement.
All engagements begin with a written proposal or service agreement. Work commences only upon written acceptance (email confirmation is sufficient) and receipt of any required deposit. Scope changes requested after project commencement may incur additional fees and timeline adjustments, communicated and agreed in writing before implementation.
Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. Standard terms include:
All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Late payments may result in work being paused until outstanding balances are settled.
Upon receipt of full and final payment, all intellectual property rights in the bespoke deliverables (code, design assets, and other materials created specifically for your project) transfer to the client.
Third-party libraries, frameworks, and open-source components remain subject to their respective licences. Sense Spark Hub retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client has requested confidentiality or an NDA is in place.
For white-label engagements, all deliverables are transferred to the agency partner as agreed. No client names or project details are ever disclosed externally.
Sense Spark Hub treats all client information, project briefs, and business data as strictly confidential. For agency and white-label partnerships, NDAs are signed before substantive discussions begin. We do not disclose your client's identity, project details, or proprietary information to any third party outside our delivery team.

Delays caused by late provision of client materials may affect project timelines without constituting a breach on our part.
The number of revision rounds included in a project is specified in the relevant proposal. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope, or that constitute new requirements, will be quoted separately. All change requests must be submitted in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sense Spark Hub's total liability to any client for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client for the specific project in question during the preceding 3 months.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. We do not warrant that deliverables will be error-free or uninterrupted in operation. We make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, revenue, rankings, or performance metrics unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the client is liable for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Any deposit paid is non-refundable if work has commenced, except as provided in our Refund Policy.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance, followed by binding arbitration if resolution cannot be reached.

At Sense Spark Hub, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality and maintaining transparent relationships with every client. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting them. We encourage all clients to read this policy carefully before engaging our services.
All fixed-price projects require a deposit before work commences. Once work has begun, deposits are non-refundable. This reflects the time, resources, and planning invested prior to and at the start of each project.
If a project is paid in milestones and a client wishes to terminate before completion, payment is due for all work completed up to the point of termination. Any overpayment for work not yet completed will be refunded within 14 business days of termination confirmation.
If a project is paid in full upfront and the client terminates before completion, a pro-rata refund will be calculated based on the percentage of work not yet completed, less any third-party costs already incurred.
Dedicated developer engagements are billed monthly in advance.
White-label projects follow the same refund structure as fixed-price development projects. Given the confidential and bespoke nature of white-label work, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis in line with the specific project agreement.
SEO and Google Business Profile management are ongoing service retainers. These services are non-refundable for work already performed in the current billing period. Cancellation of monthly retainers requires 14 days' written notice and takes effect at the end of the billing period.
We make no guarantees regarding specific search ranking improvements or timelines. Failure to achieve specific rankings does not constitute grounds for a refund, as these outcomes are subject to third-party platform algorithms outside our control.
If you believe the delivered work does not meet the agreed specification, you must raise a written dispute within 7 days of delivery. We take all quality concerns seriously and will work to resolve them through revision rounds as specified in your project agreement.
Where we are demonstrably at fault and revisions cannot adequately resolve the issue, we will negotiate a fair resolution in good faith, which may include partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.
Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences or requirements not included in the original agreed scope does not constitute grounds for a refund.
If you cancel your project after signing an agreement but before any work has commenced, we will refund your deposit in full, less any administrative fees incurred (e.g. payment processing fees). A written cancellation notice is required.
All approved refunds are processed within 14 business days of written confirmation. Refunds are issued via the original payment method wherever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
